Delivery windows begin when your order is picked up by the carrier. While we do our best to meet these timeframes, delivery times may vary based on carrier and location.

Orders are shipped from one of our two U.S. warehouses based on inventory availability. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

Alaska & Hawaii: Please allow an additional 2–5 business days beyond standard delivery windows due to carrier restrictions.

PROCESSING & CARRIERS

All orders are processed automatically. We are unable to expedite or delay shipments once placed. Shipments are sent via FedEx.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Registered customers can also track orders on the My Orders page.

Our warehouses observe select U.S. holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

For certain shipments, FedEx, UPS, or DHL may require additional information (such as a fiscal or social security number) for customs clearance, depending on order value. If contacted by the carrier for this information, please respond promptly — the carrier cannot complete delivery without it, and undelivered parcels will be returned to our warehouse.

Customs duties and taxes paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable by All Three. To request a refund of these charges, contact the shipping carrier (FedEx, DHL, or UPS) or your local customs authority directly. We recommend acting quickly, as carriers and customs offices enforce strict deadlines. We're happy to provide any documentation needed to support your claim.

If you choose to return an international order, any customs duties or taxes paid at the time of delivery will not be refunded by All Three. To request a refund of these charges, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS). In some countries, this process may require contacting your local customs authority instead.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, General Delivery addresses, APO/FPO locations, or U.S. Territories. Orders placed to these addresses will be canceled.
