Orders

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

To protect the cardholder, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders once they have been placed.

What if an item is sold out?

You can join the waitlist by adding your contact information on the product page, and we’ll notify you when the item becomes available.

When will my pre-order be shipped?

Pre-order items will display a "Pre Order" option instead of "Add to Cart." The estimated delivery timeframe is shown on the product page under the description, though this date is subject to change.

Payment

When will I be charged?

Your payment will be processed when your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, allthreestudio.com gift cards, and Affirm. (See more details here).

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with the exception of US holidays. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 2-4 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from info@allthreestudio.com with tracking information.

Why did I receive multiple deliveries for my order?

In some cases, items from your order may ship from different locations, resulting in multiple shipments. You will receive tracking information for each package.

Returns

What is All Three's return policy?

Items purchased on allthreestudio.com can be returned and exchanged within 14 days of the original ship date if they are in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags still attached.

Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.

If items are returned in an unacceptable condition, a refund will not be issued and the item(s) may be shipped back to you at your expense.

A $15 handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of return processing.

How do I start a domestic return or exchange?

How do I process an international return?

Visit our Returns Portal here to start an international return.

International orders are not eligible for exchanges.

For international returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any duties/import taxes.

When will I receive my refund?

After your return is inspected and approved, you will receive an email confirming the issuance of your refund or store credit.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected back onto the original form of payment.
